New year of the Award IUS et SOCIETAS for the academic year 2009/2010 by the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and the Jan Hus Education Foundation in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Czech Republic and the Public Defender of Rights.

Essays focusing on the role of law and justice in society need to be submitted by 31^st May 2010.
